As Mobile Application Developer you a member of our mobile app team and will play a key role in developing and improving our mobile app:
You are implementing and maintaining exciting features for our mobile app experience doing hybrid app development using Angular and native code development on Android and iOS.
You are striving for writing understandable, testable and maintainable code.
You are constantly identifying opportunities to improve our code leaving things better than you found them.
You are working closely with our product designers to provide a great user experience
You are excited about collaborating with your teammates and are enjoying sharing your knowledge with them.
You are constantly learning and using your knowledge as a source of innovation.
Our technology stack:
Our mobile app exploits very much of the phone's native capabilities to interact with the building, so mobile development goes beyond user interface development, exploiting Swift, Java and Kotlin development
For the UI we are currently mainly relying on hybrid development with Cordova and Angular, RxJS and TypeScript.
What you need to be successful:
You should have a deep idiomatic knowledge of state of the art programming in languages like TypeScript - including asynchronous and functional programming practices.
You should have a sound practical understanding of native development for Android or iOS
Beyond that we do not ask for a detailed list of skills here - we prefer curiosity and talent over a 100% match with our current tech stack.
