Traditional workplan cleaning causes under- or overcleaning. The result: Inefficient cleaning, scruffy areas, lower margins, too many ad hoc requests or even customer complaints.

Thing-it's Connected Cleaning Solution uses a broad range of sensors to measure the actual use of offices, desks or bathrooms. Based on the collected information, the software creates cleaning tasks and allocates them to the cleaning staff. Priorities are assigned according to priority, age, location, skill-set and authorization of the staff members.

The Thing-it Connected Cleaning Tablet App allows cleaning staff to receive tasks, navigate to the next location and communicate their current location in the building via barcodes or Bluetooth beacons.

Managers can monitor their team's performance as well as overdue tasks. Futhermore, they have the option to add cleaning tasks manually.
